It is best to issue refunds in FutureFund. This ensures accurate reporting in the campaigns.
- To issue a refund, log in to the Admin and select Store > Orders
- Find the order by entering the order number or the purchaser's name
- Select the transaction by clicking on View (the section is towards the bottom of the page)
- Click on the Refund button in the upper right corner
- Select the items to refund and submit the form
- I may take up to 10 days for the transaction to be reflected on the customer's account.
- Processing fees will be fully refunded for platform accounts.
- Standalone accounts created before September 14, 2017 will have their processing fees fully refunded. Accounts created after September 14, 2017 will not have the fees refunded. This only applies to Standalone accounts.
