Advanced Settings are managed for each Campaign. Below is a description of each setting:
Marks this item as a tax deductible donation. When selected, the following will occur:
- Text will be displayed when the campaign is presented to the purchaser: "Your purchase may be tax deductible. PTA TAX ID: 95-2383827"
- Information on the tax status will be included in the receipt
- The purchase will be included in their annual tax receipt
- Purchases will be included in the employer matching report
Associate with Student
During registration, when this option is selected, the parent will be able to make a separate purchase for each student being registered. The name of the student is displayed next to the purchased item on the receipt.
Purchases made in the online store, will ask for the student's name. The name of the student is displayed next to the purchased item on the receipt.
Purchase in Quantities
Use this option to display a quantity field on the purchase page. The quantity field will be a dropdown the user can select from. If this is not selected, the user is displayed a simple checkbox.
Use this option when selling a physical good needing fulfillment. Orders purchased with this flag will allow administrators to mark items as delivered.
Show in Store
Select this option to make the campaign available in to the store. This does not affect campaigns displayed during registration. Not available for Tuition campaigns.
Not for Sale in Store
Select this option to prevent further purchases of the item. This option is useful when a link was distributed for the campaign, but the offer has expired or sold out.
Enable payment by installments
Allow purchasers to pay in monthly installments. The number of installments are set below and represent the number of months between payments. Only available for Donation campaigns.
Enter options for up to two option groups. Options can be for sizes, colors, styles, etc.Only available for Purchase campaigns.
